At GWHS, our team has over 50 years of experience in the manufacture of material handling, waste recycling and water treatment equipment.

GWHS Ltd will be with you from the design right through to the production, delivery, and finally installation of your recycling and waste management system.
Harry has over 40 years experience in producing & designing equipment for construction & recycling industries. A former Share Holder & Managing Director of Powerscreen GB, he pioneered the sales & marketing of the Powerscreen products in the UK and Middle East and was also involved in the introduction to the Northern American market in 1974.
Harry was also involved in the reverse takeover of British Benzol PLC by Powerscreen which went public in November 1986 and the following year in May 1987 he resigned as Marketing Director.
In June 1989 he purchased Panther - manufacturer of hydraulic power tools & sold the company in 1989 and is now owned by Bell Group. In the same year he formed Viper International Ltd to manufacture truck mounted cranes & won "Exporter of the year" for Northern Ireland. Viper developed a range of products for quarrying, mining, recycling & materials fields, with sales outlets in Europe, Middle East, Far East & USA. In August 2004 Viper was purchased by MBC Ltd a Canadian manufacturer of Trommels. He was employed by MBC as Sales & Marketing Director until resigning in January 2006.
In June 2006 he formed EMS Ltd which delivers full, large-scale, purpose-built picking and recycling stations and equipment that successfully diverts millions of tons of waste from landfills every year. He later resigned from EMS to form Global Waste Handling Systems in 2021.
