Trommel Mesh Screen
An essential component of a trommel screen, designed to filter and separate materials based on size

Staple Grip Fastener
For use with modern lightweight, high strength belting. Designed to operate smoothly over slider bed or troughing conveyor applications. Staple Grip is a very strong belt fastener; hinged plates are held in compression with high-tensile stainless steel staples. A unique feature of this product, compared to conventional lightweight belt fasteners, is that the staples are clinched 90 degrees to the direction of the pull of the belt. Therefore, it is virtually impossible for the staple to open under load.

Disc Return Roller
Also available with threaded ends. Contact us for more information.

Impact Bars
The polyethylene top allows the belt to run over it with minimal friction while the thick block of rubber takes the energy out of the material at these points. Impact Bars are manufactured from a cast aluminium T-slotted base which is covered in a solid block of 60 shore hard rubber with a 10mm polyethylene top. We supply M16 x 40mm drop forged T-bolts as standard. Longer bolts available on request. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS Spillage significantly reduced therefore less downtime cleaning under conveyors. On most crushers, space is usually very limited which means replacing rollers can be extremely difficult which in turn increases downtime. The conveyor belt is supported on the continuous flat surface of the impact bars. Equal stress distribution reduces wear and tear on the belt.

Rivet Hinge Fasteners
Rivet Hinge Fasteners are used for major applications that require high strength and small pulleys. These include construction equipment, agriculture, wood products and mining. With Rivet Fasteners, installation is a breeze! Rivet Hinges available in R2, & R5 Rivet Systems. Also RIV-NAIL improves the installation of hinged rivet fasteners on newer, synthetic high strength belt fabrics, manufactured with special tempered steel to form the beveled ends and yield a smooth, low profile.

Conveyor Belting
We supply rubber conveyor belts, with EP inserts, perform daily under tough conditions in the steel, metallurgy, coal mining, chemical and potash industries, lime, rock & sand production and above all in the continuous handling of bulk goods. In addition, our range of high quality rubber conveyor belts incorporates from 1 to 5 ply’s, producing a high weft strength, which in turn enables the belts to work efficiently under extreme loads and maximum stress. Belts are available in a variety of widths up to 2400mm. Depending on the application, e.g. low stress temperate climates to heat resistant applications of 180ºc to 220ºc, our range of rubber conveyor belts are available with various cover thicknesses. We offer an extensive range of high quality belts with covers from 3mm + 1.5mm to 10mm +3mm. Rubber covers are developed from blends of natural and synthetic rubber for most varied applications. Types of Rubber Conveyor Belt Available • Flat Belt (up to 2400mm wide) • Flat Belt with Breaker Ply’s • Chevron Belt • Oil Resistant Key Features • Available with extra breaker ply • Extreme tensile strength • Highly resistant to dynamic stress • Capable of troughing up to 36 degrees • Low stretch • Non rotting • Available up to 2400mm wide Contact us for Belt Specification Data

Polyurethane Belt Scraper
Screenspares offer a comprehensive range of efficient belt scraping units to the OEM’s and Quarry and Mining industries. We offer a range of Polyurethane Scrapers to suit a variety of applications. The scraper shafts are available in a various lengths and can be tailored to suit each individual conveyor. Two types of head scraper blades are available, Polyurethane and Tungsten tipped. Both scapers are identical in shape except the Tungsten Carbide scraper has a blade moulded into the tip. Blades can come complete with a captive bar and are bolted to the shaft via two bolts which makes them quick to change. Both scraper blades use the same brackets and tensioning system held on the belt by use of a double spring loaded mechanism which is simple therefore easy to maintain. Shafts are electro plated and stainless steel fixing kits are available at extra cost. Rubber and polyurethane can be supplied in any size for simple counter weighted scrapers and in some cases replacement blades can be supplied for older scraper assemblies. Head scrapers available ex. stock.

Rubber Screens
Manufactured from high wear resistant materials. These screen mats are ideal as complete decks on larger screen boxes or as an impact section prior to wire mesh. Available in square, round and elongated apertures to suit every type of grading requirement. Side Tensioned Polyurethane Screens Polyurethane screening surfaces have been in use for many years and have proved very economical due to long wear life and low maintenance requirements. Polyurethane possesses superior cut, tear and abrasion resistant properties. The mats tension strength is achieved via stainless steel wires moulded into the polyurethane running from hook to hook. Centre Bars Sometimes used in conjunction with for example large screen Capping Rubber UR1 (Below Left) – Generally used in conjunction with woven wire mesh protecting the screen from wear. UR2 (Below Right) – Generally used in conjunction with rubber screens. The longer leg helps prevent the capping rubber from being pulled off the support bar as the rubber is side tensioned into position.

Cut Rubber Parts
We cut and supply ready to fit bespoke Rubber and Polyethylene parts including Seals, Gaskets, Skirting and much more.

Polyethylene / Rubber Lining
Material
Polyethylene sheeting helps reduce material building up on chutes with its low friction properties can be used to assist belts to glide over at loading points. Wear resistant rubber is used to reduce wear & noise levels on feed hoppers and transfer chutes. One of our most popular wear resistant rubbers is Taki-back. This wear resistant rubber is produced in 60 degree shore hardness. One side of the rubber is specially designed to be used in conjunction with an adhesive when sticking it to an area of steelwork which incurs high levels of wear. Key Features • Large quantities of both liners are available ex. stock. • Protects against wear and corrosion. • Promotes noise reduction. • Reduces material build up & promotes free flow. • Workshop installation of linings. • Low coefficient of friction. Taki-back rubber is sold in rolls of 1.4m width x 10m length in thicknesses of 6mm, 10mm 15mm & 20mm. Polyethylene Green, Black or Natural sheets are sold in sizes of 2000mm x 1000mm and 3050mm x 1220mm. The available thicknesses are 3mm, 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, & 20mm. Sheets can be cut and drilled to customers specifications which has become very popular for O.E.M customers.
